Located in East Falmouth resides our WellStrong studio where recovery meets wellness. Here you can find welcoming Studio Mentors that will assist you with our membership options and show you the many offerings provided at WellStrong.
Our studio is equipped with locker rooms, showers for members, two Pelotons which provide an interactive spin experience, gym equipment, and a studio space that doubles as a space for fitness classes and recovery meetings.
At the studio we also provide a Peer Wellness Coaching Program that is a grant-funded program to be offered to those who have less than a year of sobriety. This program offers a one-on-one coaching style to help clients work on wellness goals to maintain long-term sobriety.
