WellStrong Classes

WellStrong offers a classes in many different areas of health and wellness. Try them all and find what works for you.

Refuge Recovery

Refuge Recovery is a non-theistic, Buddhist-inspired approach to recovery from addictions of all kinds. Open to anyone in recovery, no prior meditation experience required.

Restorative Yoga

A gentle practice to replenish energy stores, calm the nervous system and nourish the mind body and spirit. A series of asanas held for 3-5 minutes encouraging deep relaxation gently stretching & lengthening the muscles with the use of props.

Vinyasa Yoga

Flow through yoga postures incorporating the breath and mindfulness. All levels welcome!

Serenity Yoga

To be peaceful, calm and untroubled: This class places emphasis on bridging the gap between mind and body awareness. Through intention setting and body movement we aim to align ourselves in the present moment distancing ourselves from the turbulences of the past and uncertainty of the future.

12 Step Yoga class at WellStrong Studio

The Yoga of 12 Step Recovery

Y12SR combines the practical tools of the 12-step program with the ancient wisdom of yoga. Combining the two creates a model that truly addresses addiction as the physical, mental and spiritual disease that it is.

Peaceful Yin Yoga

A slow-paced style of yoga where postures are held for extended periods of time for a deeper stretch. This class incorporates essential oils and light touch (optional) for a deeply meditative experience.

Pound Fitness

A “cardio jam session inspired by the infectious, energizing and sweat-dripping fun of playing the drums”. 45 minutes of cardio fun for all levels that targets your whole body especially core

Body Tone

A blend of small muscle movements and cardio to sculpt and sweat. Set to low lights and fun music!


Cross fit style work out utilizing weights and cardio equipment

Yoga Nidra

Yoga Nidra will bring you into a state of deep relaxation while you experience the healing nature of singing bowls. No yoga or meditation experience necessary. Option at the end of class for Reiki healing.

Meditation and Praying with the Body

Guided meditation and devotional movements to increase conscious contact with a higher power of our understanding.


Boot Camp is military-inspired High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT). It is a full body workout that commands power, strength and agility, consisting of moves that work multiple body parts at once. Every move has modifications or multiple levels of intensity and is therefore designed for everyone, regardless of your fitness level. Expect to be challenged as you burn calories, increase strength and endurance, improve balance and coordination and relieve stress and anxiety.

WellStrong Classes

Workout of the Day

This 45-minute Strength Training class offers small group circuit training, with one trainer working with a group of one to ten individuals at a time. Each session includes weight training and cardio movements. Equipment used are free weights, weight machine, kettlebells, medicine balls, and TRX. All fitness abilities and levels are welcome. Movements will be modified to the individual as needed, while still targeting desired muscle groups.

Group Led Walk/Jog

For all levels – meet your peers to build your cardio fitness. This group offers 2-4 miles of walking, building to a jog, or running depending on your ability.

All levels – 3-5 miles slow jog or run.

Open Gym Hours

Members can use cardio and weight equipment.
